Ingredients:

• Pomelo Essential Oil (sourced from Thua Thien Hue, Vietnam)
• Peppermint Essential Oil
• Coconut Oil (sourced from Ben Tre, Vietnam)
• Sunflower Oil (sourced from Ukraine)

How to Use:

1. Prepare the Space – Choose a quiet, comfortable area with good ventilation and soft lighting.
2. Warm the Oil (if needed) – In cold weather, the oil may solidify. Place the bottle in warm water until liquefied. Ensure the oil is not too hot to avoid skin irritation.
3. Prepare Your Skin – Take a warm shower to cleanse and open pores for better oil absorption. Pat dry with a clean towel.
4. Massage Process:
   • Apply 5-10 drops of Pomelo Massage Oil to your hands and rub to warm it up.
   • Start with upper body areas like shoulders, neck, and back, using gentle circular motions or long strokes.
   • Gradually move to arms, legs, and abdomen, massaging each area for 5-10 minutes to ensure deep absorption.
   • For tense muscle areas (neck, shoulders, thighs), apply slightly stronger pressure for deeper relaxation and improved circulation.
5. Post-Massage Care:
   • Relax for 15-30 minutes to allow full absorption.
   • Shower with warm water to remove excess oil.
   • Apply moisturizer or body oil to maintain hydration.
